THE ORGANIZER: Guilin Zhishen Information Technology Co., Ltd.  

ZHIYUN is a trademark of the organizer. The products involved in this Program are all ZHIYUN brand series, therefore the Organizer is hereinafter referred to as ZHIYUN.

ELIGIBILITY: The Program is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older, provided anyone under 18 may participate with the consent of their legal guardian. Employees of ZHIYUN, or its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of Prize Donors are also not eligible to enter or win.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By entering, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Official Rules and (b) Organizer’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

PROJECT PERIOD: Please refer to the rules of each project for details.

SUBMISSION RULES:

Choose a type of video related to the product you’d like to make. It can be B-roll+BTS, Gear Review, Real World Testing Review, Filmmaking Tips/Tutorials, Short Film/Mini-Documentary, Product Commercial, etc. Please refer to the specific requirements of each project for details. You might get paid for your work for some projects.

Please submit your work within 2 weeks upon receiving the product. Please share your video content on social media  (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Vimeo, etc.), with the hashtag #ZHIYUNCreatorsClub added to your post. Then submit the post’s link to CreatorsClub@zhiyun-tech.com.

Those who fail to submit their work within the agreed time, or whose work is obviously perfunctory, will not get any exposure through ZHIYUN channels, and will be disqualified for future Creators Club projects. (Please send CreatorsClub@zhiyun-tech.com a message in advance if you cannot meet the deadline due to extenuating circumstances)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE THAT THE VIDEO (AND EACH INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT THEREOF – INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PROMO VIDEO) COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF – INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PROMO VIDEO. THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES AND/OR THE YOUTUBE RULES.

By participating in the Program, you hereby warrant and represent that any video(s)/links you submit:

l is original to you;

l showcase the dedicated product ZHIYUN provided according to the specific requirements of each project. 

l does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

l will not give rise to any claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims of infringement of any intellectual property rights, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party;

l is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following: explicit nudity; alcohol/drug consumption or smoking; explicit or graphic sexual activity, or sexual innuendo; crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other groups (including, without limitation, any competitors of organizer); personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic); commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of organizer; any identifiable third party products, trade-marks, brands and/or logos, other than those of organizer); conduct or other activities in violation of these Rules; and/or any other comment that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the organizer in its sole and absolute discretion.

organizerS’ RIGHT TO THE CONTENTS: The Organizer shall enjoy the right to secondary online and offline publication for entries submitted, including but not limited to posts on organizer's Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/Tiktok/Website, etc. The organizers and partners will have the right to use the works and the right to select fragments of the works to be re-mixed and edited for secondary publication.

All content exposure through various channels will be labeled with the creator’s ID.

SELECTION OF ZHIYUN CREATORS: The Organizer will review all eligible forms submitted, and select the amount of creators required for the dedicated project and ship the product to them. The Organizer will notify each participants by email whether he/she is selected/not selected.

PERKS OF BEING ZHIYUN CREATORS:

1. Receive the product you applied for free.

2. Marked as ZHIYUN creator in ZHIYUN talent pool, gain priority to be chosen for future official collaborations and paid projects.

3. Increase the exposure of your work on official ZHIYUN social media platforms.

4. You might get paid in certain Creators Club projects.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Program is impaired in any way, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, organizer may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Program to address the impairment and then resume the Program in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Program, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. organizer reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program. Failure by organizer to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to organizer by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by organizer. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the authorized account holder of the twitter account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless organizer and Prize Donors, and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Program or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Program; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) any errors on the YouTube platform; (d) printing errors; (e) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (f) errors in the administration of the Program or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Program or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Program, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

DISPUTES: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Program or any prize awarded shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China（but excluding laws of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan), without reference to conflicts of law principles. A dispute, if unable to be solved through friendly negotiation, shall be firstly arbitrated with Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration（SCIA） in accordance with its arbitration rules and procedure in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.

The final interpretation right of this program belongs to ZHIYUN.
